Tell me about the shopping cart.

Our shopping cart is hosted on secure servers at https://ww9.aitsafe.com/…

You can edit product quantities on the shopping cart page and there’s no need to register an account to shop with us. Payments are done via old school EFT; we’ll be in touch shortly after you submit an order.

Are product colours on your website accurate?

Colours as displayed online may not match actual fabrics due to variances in displays and browser settings. But we do love photography and on our monitors it looks pretty accurate!

When are goods dispatched and do you carry stock?

We carry materials and finished goods inventory. When making, we produce a small batch, to fulfil orders and to replenish stock. Orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days and very seldom 4-5 working days.

Do you have a legal page and Terms of Sale?

Yes, click here to read.

How does shipping work?

We make use of The Courier Guy to ship orders in South Africa. You will be sent a parcel tracking link when the order is dispatched.

  • Gauteng, 1-2 days, R 90.00
  • Major Centres**, 2-3 days, R 120.00

** Bloem, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberly, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Welkom, Witbank

What is the “Outlying / International” shipping option?

Our standard shipping rates do not cover outlying areas and international orders. In these cases we quote shipping based on the parcel and address provided.

Can I collect?

Yes by arrangement and we’re located in Centurion.

What payment methods are accepted?
  • Old school EFT; please check your inbox/mobile phone for the proforma invoice. This is a manual process and may take several hours as we are a small business.
I’m an international shopper; what do I need to be aware of?
  • We bill in South Africa Rand (ZAR) as per the prices on our website. Please consult your bank for the exchange rate and fees.
  • Export orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT in your territory and fees for customs clearance, collectively additional costs.
  • We cannot predict what the additional costs will be. These costs will be due by you and are payable to the courier on or before delivery.
  • We declare the full value of the goods and accurate descriptions thereof as is required by law.
